Our Expertise

With over 25 years of arachnid experience, we are knowledgeable in breeding spiders. First round of breeding was all tarantulas, mantids & scorpions. Now we, like so many others, have fallen in love with jumping spiders. This road has been traveled for about a year and a half now. We don't claim expertise, as even an expert can still learn new things. This is an educational journey for us too.

We now have an understanding of their temperament, behavior, handling, husbandry and health needs, which allows us to produce high-quality spiders that make great pets.

Our spoods are handled regularly, and shown lots of attention & affection.

In addition, we have been a lifelong crafter. It was only natural the two would overlap & enclosure making was a natural next step.

We are committed to providing the best possible care for our spiders. All our spoods are misted daily (some twice), handled regularly, talked to constantly & many even like singing ☺️Our spoods are raised in a loving and nurturing environment, and we work closely with new owners to ensure that they have all the information and support they need to provide the best possible care for their new pet jumping spiders

Our Standards

We adhere to the highest standards when it comes to breeding salticidae.

( we will occasionally offer other genus as well.)

We breed spiders that are healthy & happy. We also follow strict guidelines to ensure that our breeding practices are ethical and responsible.

We provide our spiders enrichment, proper ventilation, humidity & diet, ensuring every spider has its needs not only met, but exceeded. Most of all, we love them, even the ones we adopt out. This, I believe, makes ALL the difference.

In addition to breeding, we believe every new spood parent should be able to cover all their spood needs in one place. From adoption, to housing, to decor & even feeders.

This also means, we reserve the right to delay shipping based on temperatures, or the state of the spider at time of purchase. (molting & such)

If your temperatures are below 40f or above 90f, you must choose overnight shipping.

We believe the well being of our spiders is important, the most important thing we can do for you, when adopting is to cover all needs.
