Spider shipping is calculated based on weight, box dimensions & distance. 

SPIDER SHIPPING IS NEVER FREE

Merchandise orders over $100 have free standard shipping. 

Shipping can be delayed for multiple reasons. Weather, delivery service disruptions or just molt status at the time of shipping. 

LAG ONLY ON OVERNIGHTED SPIDER ORDERS. 

I do offer 2 day shipping, but greatly prefer overnight. 

LAG-spider  arrives safe & healthy within specified time frame. Spider is healthy 3-5 days after arrival. (if molt is brought on by shipping, 5 days) 

If spider arrives DOA, refund or replacement of spider with Photo & video proof, (depending on situation, return of deceased spider) Shipping is non-refundable. 

Merchandise will be replaced with similar or refunded, based on situation.
