Shipping can be delayed for multiple reasons. Weather, delivery service disruptions or just molt status at the time of shipping.
LAG ONLY ON OVERNIGHTED SPIDER ORDERS.
I do offer 2 day shipping, but greatly prefer overnight.
LAG-spider arrives safe & healthy within specified time frame, not counting disruptions to delivery service. (this is obviously not under our control.) Spider is healthy 3-5 days after arrival. (if the spiders molt is brought on by shipping, 5 days)
If spider arrives DOA, refund or replacement of spider with Photo & video proof, (depending on situation, return of deceased spider) Shipping is non-refundable.
Merchandise will be replaced with similar or refunded, based on situation.
Our return/refund policy-
Spiders;
LAG (live arrival guarantee) is valid on overnight orders, only. Any spiders delivered to a residence, contact & notice of receipt must be within 30 minutes of delivery. HUB pickups must be received within 12hrs of HUB received notification, of ready to pickup. Notification of receipt, proof of death (photo of spider pinned or video clearly showing death.) are required for refund/replacement.
3 days from delivery for deceased after delivery replacement, shipping is covered for FIRST replaced spider only.
If you need more than one replacement, we need to go over your setup, feeding, misting & environment, determining the cause. Once the cause of repeat deaths is determined & resolved, then a replacement will be sent
Replacement spiders are breeders choice of same species & gender. Spiders for any breeders choice purchase or replacement are chosen based on molt status at the time of shipping.
Merchandise-
Returns or exchanges determined on a case by case basis. Items will be replaced with exact or similar items, based on stock allowances.
For return or replacement, ALL items must be returned to Creative Spoods, first, at buyers cost. Replacement shipping will be covered for first replacement only.
